Kaya Sherwin-Smith

Kaya Sherwin-Smith is currently a Sustainability Marketing Intern at InPost UK, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Kaya served as a Data Science Apprentice at Aiimi from September 2022 to October 2025, focusing on Junior Data Scientist roles in various sectors, including Service Industries, Defense, and Retail. Skills developed during this period include Data Visualization with Figma and PowerBI, AI expertise in LLMs and prompt engineering, and proficiency in Python and SQL for Data Science applications. In addition, Kaya completed a QA Assistant Internship at HelloDone in June 2021, specializing in manual QA for an AI solution and gaining knowledge in NLP relevant to customer-facing applications. Kaya is pursuing a BSc in Data Science at Cranfield University, with an expected graduation date in August 2026, following completion of A-Levels in Art, Geography, French, and Mathematics at Southfield School for Girls.
