Wesley Young

Wesley Young has more than 40 years of work experience across various industries. Wesley currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Inproheat Industries Ltd since March 2007. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of WYPro Engineering Services Ltd in September 2002.

During their career, they have held leadership positions such as Vice President - Engineering & Operations at Sonic Environmental Solutions Inc from April 2004 to January 2006. Wesley also worked as a Project Manager at Solaris Management Consultants from 2002 to 2004.

Before venturing into leadership roles, Wesley worked as a Principal Process Engineer at Fluor Daniel Wright Ltd from May 1988 to August 2002. Prior to this, they were a Process Engineer at Earth Sciences Extraction Company from December 1982 to October 1987. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Engineer at Saskatchewan Mining Development Corp from April 1980 to December 1982, and as a Sr Metallurgist at Gulf Minerals Canada Ltd from October 1975 to April 1980.

Wesley Young completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science at the University of Toronto from 1970 to 1975.
