Derrik Allen

Derrik Allen, MBA, currently serves as Sales Director - Americas at Inpro/Seal LLC, overseeing all direct and distribution channel sales in North and South America since December 2019. Previously, Derrik held the position of VP Sales/Marketing at HBJ Enterprises LLC, where Derrik led sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. In a prior role at GE Energy Management, Derrik acted as Managing Director Sales & Marketing - Energy Consulting, responsible for business development and commercial operations. With extensive experience at GE Energy, Derrik contributed as GM Regional Marketing for North America and held various roles focusing on sales operations and strategic growth. Earlier career experiences include managing partner at Addison & Allen, LLC, and leadership roles in the US Army. Derrik earned an MBA in General Management from Wake Forest University and a BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
