Marta Szluinska has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

•Marta is currently the Director of Operations for Input Output (IOHK), where they oversee operations for a blockchain that focuses on data protection and safeguards sensitive commercial and personal data.

Prior to their current role, Marta worked as a Technical Program Manager at VMware, leading multi-million-dollar programs focused on application modernization and cloud migration advisory services.

•Marta also held the position of Principal-level Technical Program Manager at Bessemer Alliance, where they were responsible for designing the cloud platform for an IoT telemetry start-up and delivering smart lighting prototypes.

In addition, Marta served as the Head of Technology at Transport Systems Catapult, where they led the UK roadmap for Intelligent Mobility and managed stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and academia.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Strategy Manager and Technology Analyst at BAE Systems Detica, a Technical Consultant at Serco, and a Data Analyst at Public Health England.

Marta holds a research fellowship position at University College London, where they conducted research in their field of expertise.

Marta Szluinska obtained their PhD in Physics from UCL, from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their MSc in Physics at Gdańsk University of Technology, from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Marta also holds a certification as an OKR Certified Coach from the Institution of Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method, which they obtained in 2022.
