Mallory Saunders-Harman

Mallory Saunders-Harman has extensive experience in the construction industry, primarily in the field of estimating and project management. Mallory is currently working as the Chief Estimator at InPwr Inc., where they oversee all estimates and guides estimators in preparing bids. Mallory is responsible for developing complex design/build proposals for various project types and updating the Accubid Anywhere database.

Prior to their current role, Mallory worked at Kenny Electric, where they held the positions of Chief Estimator and Senior Estimator. As the Chief Estimator, they developed and grew relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners. Mallory also instituted a training program for junior estimators to foster in-house talent growth. In their role as the Senior Estimator, they prepared electrical estimates using Accubid Enterprise and Live Count and estimated large-scale projects in commercial markets such as hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, and education.

Before joining Kenny Electric, Mallory worked at Teague Electric Construction, Inc. Their roles at Teague included Commercial Projects Vice President, Commercial Estimator/Project Manager, Commercial Project Coordinator, Accounts Payable Coordinator, and Receptionist. As the Commercial Projects Vice President, they oversaw the company's New Commercial Projects division, managing a team of commercial estimators and sales staff. Mallory communicated sales goals and vision to ensure that sales and revenue targets were achieved. Mallory also managed labor and human resources to staff projects, meet project deadlines, provide growth opportunities to employees, and successfully onboard new employees.
