Ogaga Ekuerhare has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Ogaga currently works at inq. Edge as the Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Vodacom Business Nigeria where they served in various roles, including Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy, Head of the Project Management Office, and Manager of Customer Service Operations. Ogaga also has experience at Dimension Data Nigeria, where they held roles such as Carrier Operations - Installs and Support, Team Manager of the Global Service Center, Network Troubleshooting Engineer, and Network Support Engineer. Ogaga also worked at Xact Solutions as a Solutions Architect and at HDP Technologies as a Network System Administrator. Ogaga's early career includes a role as a Network Engineer at Steineng Limited.

Ogaga Ekuerhare holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, which was completed from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they also participated in the Executive Education program, "Doing Business in Asia," at Nanyang Business School. In 2011, Ogaga completed the Harvard Manage Mentor Leadership program on Strategic Execution at Harvard Business School. Their undergraduate education was at the University of Benin from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
