Dilan Gooneratne

Dilan Gooneratne has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dilan began their career in 2002 as the Marketing & Merchandising Manager at Shadowline (Pvt) Ltd. In 2003, they joined MAS Holdings, where they held various positions including Deputy General Manager - Branding & Retail, Business Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Director of MAS Apparel / Capital. In 2011, they became the Managing Director of Intimate Fashions (India) Pvt Ltd. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of INQUBE GLOBAL.

Dilan Gooneratne completed an MBA (International) degree from Edith Cowan University from 2006 to 2008. In 1997-1998, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Dilan also participated in various executive programs, including the Executive Program for Growing Companies (EPGC) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2014. In 2013, Dilan completed the Lean - Production System Enhancement Program at AOTS - Japan (HIDA), with a focus on New Product Development and Supply Planning Systems. Dilan also completed the Strategic Marketing Management Program and the Digital Marketing Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the same year. Additionally, Dilan took part in several customized executive programs such as Business Strategy & CRM, Competing with new BRICs: International to Metanational Program, Blue Ocean Strategy, and the INSEAD- MAS Holdings Fast Track Development Program. Dilan also participated in leadership development programs, including the John Keells Holdings Leadership Development Program at MDA Associates International and the Lean Executive Leadership Program for MAS Holdings at the University of Kentucky.
