Esteban Rojas Castro

Esteban Rojas Castro serves as the Publishing and Translation Coordinator, Spanish Editing Lead, and Spanish Editor at inquirED since January 2022. Prior to this role, Esteban worked as a Linguistic Tester at Welocalize from January 2020 to December 2021, providing contract services for content curation and metadata review for a Fortune 500 company. From July 2019 to January 2020, Esteban was the Lead Elections Material Proofreader for the County of San Mateo, where responsibilities included proofreading Spanish translations, translating informational materials, and managing workflow among the proofing team. Earlier experience includes positions as Proofreader and Translator at the California Academy of Sciences and Assistant Professor at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where Esteban taught English language courses. Esteban holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR and has served in various roles related to English language instruction and content evaluation since 2011.
