Astrid Rodrigues is the current Lead Video Editor & Producer at The Philadelphia Inquirer. Astrid has over eight years of experience in the field of video editing and production.

Astrid Rodrigues started their career at ABC News in 2006 as an Associate Producer. During their seven years with the company, they contributed to reporting of Diane Sawyer’s Emmy Award nominated “A Hidden America: Children of the Plains” on location in Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Astrid also covered the Amanda Knox trial for ABC News platforms, including Diane Sawyer's exclusive interview with Amanda Knox.

In 2013, Astrid Rodrigues left ABC News to join International Justice Mission as a Communications Fellow for the Google Advocacy Project. During their time with International Justice Mission, they launched an e-newsletter for the Google Advocacy Project's anti-slavery campaign and gathered field stories from partner organizations across South Asia.

Astrid Rodrigues is a skilled video editor and producer with a passion for telling stories that matter.

Astrid Rodrigues has a B.A. in English and French from Bryn Mawr College, as well as a degree from Bergen County Academies.
