Elizabeth H. Hughes

Elizabeth H. Hughes is the current Publisher & CEO at The Philadelphia Inquirer. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Business Officer at The New Yorker from January 2009 to November 2017. Elizabeth has also held positions as VP Publisher at Conde Nast Traveler and House & Garden, and as Publisher and Advertising Director at Vanity Fair and Allure, respectively. Elizabeth began their career in the publishing industry in 1990 and has since amassed over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles.
