Jose Montelibano (Boy)

Jose Ma. "Boy" Montelibano has extensive experience in leadership and communication roles, notably serving as Head of Special Projects at Gawad Kalinga Development Foundation, Inc. since April 2002. Montelibano has also contributed as a columnist for Inquirer.net since 2001 and was a founding member of TuloypNoy from 2009 to 2012, as well as the Council on Philippine Affairs from 1999 to 2012. Prior to these roles, Montelibano was Vice President of Distribution and Special Assistant to the President at Planters Products Inc. from 1971 to 1986. Montelibano holds a degree from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in 1969.
