Sérgio Oliveira is a marketing specialist consultant with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently working since August 2019. Prior to this role, Sérgio Oliveira worked at Vodafone from 2006 to 2019, where responsibilities included application testing and ensuring accurate billing for specific applications and plans. Earlier experience at Vodafone from 1998 to 2006 involved mobile testing for compliance with standards and managing an intranet for a tech support call center, as well as providing second-level support and customer service. Sérgio Oliveira holds a degree from Universidade Lusiada do Porto, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
