Karolina Joynathsing

Karolina Joynathsing is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in the music and technology sectors. Currently serving as Global Director for Amazon Music, Karolina spearheads business development and distribution, overseeing a diverse international team that drives growth and innovation. Previous roles include Director of Business Development for Spotify, where partnerships significantly contributed to subscriber growth, and leading business development for BBC Music, where innovative collaborations enhanced engagement with younger audiences. Additional experience includes advising at InReach Ventures, consulting for telecom and technology firms, and holding various strategic positions across global organizations such as Skype and Deloitte. Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Languages and Economics from the University of St Andrews.
