Willard Paalman

Willard Paalman is an experienced professional in quality control and production leadership, currently serving as Productieleider and Quality Control Specialist at Inreda Diabetic since November 2020. Prior to this role, Willard held the position of Kwaliteitsmanager at A1 Electronics Netherlands B.V. from October 2011 to November 2020 and worked as a Prototyping Engineer at IACS Solutions BV for a brief stint in 2011. Willard began a career in electronics at A1 Electronics, where duties included test and repair roles from 2005 to 2011. Education includes training in IPC standards at PIEK International Education Centre and internal auditing and practical training skills from respective institutions, along with foundational education from ROC van Twente.
