Heini Kettunen

Heini Kettunen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

In 2006, they worked as a Customer Service representative at STERIS Corporation.

From 2010 to 2017, they held roles at 3 Step IT, starting as a Service Coordinator and later becoming a Service Account Manager. Their responsibilities included customer training and consulting, project management, process development, and creating business ideas and materials for sales and support.

In 2017, they joined United Finance Plc as a Service Design Manager, collaborating with ALSO Finland to develop new service offerings and assisting resellers with selling their products.

In 2019, they worked as a Digital Marketing Trainee at Weekendbee - Sustainable Sportswear, where they created content for social media and the webshop, planned and implemented newsletters and blog posts, and provided analytical reports using various tools.

From 2020 to 2021, they were a Business Developer at Keski-Uudenmaan Kehittämiskeskus Keuke, where they supported small businesses in their marketing efforts, particularly in digital accessibility, and provided assistance during the COVID-19 crisis. Heini also served as a project manager for the Luotsi project, supporting companies in developing new digital products and services.

Most recently, they worked as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Inrego, starting in January 2023. Their role focused on offering sustainable IT services to Finnish B2B customers, with responsibilities in marketing and new business development.

Heini Kettunen's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Heini completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree there in 2003.

In 2019, Heini pursued a course in Digital Marketing and E-commerce at SomeStudio Oy.

In 2021, Heini attended Helsinki Design School and earned a degree in Graphic Design.

Additionally, in May 2019, Heini obtained the GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) certification from Google.
