Stéphane Chaply

Stéphane Chaply began their work experience in 1999 at TDF, where they worked as an Audiovisual Technician and later became a Project Manager and Supervisor. Stéphane then took on the role of Owner and Manager at SARL ROOM NINE from 2007 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Salesman at Alpingaraget from 2010 to 2013, and at Friluftsland from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Norrøna Retail AS as a Salesman before moving to Inrego in 2016. At Inrego, they initially worked as a Commercial Account Manager and then advanced to the position of Sales Manager Team Leader in June 2020.

Stéphane Chaply's education history includes certifications and training in leadership and management from Framfot Företagsutbildning. In 2020, Stéphane completed the "Certifierad Ledare, Ledarskap nivå 1 - Leda utan att vara Chef" program. In 2021, Stéphane pursued further studies and obtained the "Certifierad Ledare, Ledarskap nivå 2 - Bygga team" certification. In 2022, Stéphane continued to enhance their leadership skills by completing two additional programs at Framfot Företagsutbildning: "Certifierad Ledare, Ledarskap nivå 3 – Coachande ledarskap" and "Certifierad Ledare - Chefsutbildning för dig som vill nå framgång."
