Jeff Rupp is an American/Dutch lawyer currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs for the European Association of Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) in the Netherlands. They have extensive experience in coordinating responses to proposed European regulations affecting non-listed real estate investment funds and keeping members informed of relevant regulatory developments. Previously, Rupp provided international law advice for the US Army/NATO and served as Special Counsel/Senior International Lawyer for the U.S. Department of Transportation, focusing on international aviation and maritime issues. Rupp holds a Juris Doctorate and a degree in Law, Economics, and Literature from William and Mary.
