Maxime Guillaud is currently an Expert Committee Member at Arcep, a Senior Researcher at Inria, and a ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer at IEEE Communications Society. Prior to their current roles, Maxime has worked as an expert at Huawei Technologies, a postdoctoral research fellow at Vienna University of Technology, and a senior researcher at FTW - Telecommunications Research Center Vienna. Maxime completed their PhD studies at EURECOM and Télécom Paris, holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Telecommunications, and an Engineer's degree from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications.
