Olivia Veal

Olivia Veal is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business transformation, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sogeti since October 2021. In this role, Olivia is part of the local and regional management teams, overseeing talent acquisition for one of the seven regions in Sweden. Olivia has previously held positions as Team Manager, leading a team of 14 consultants focused on various roles including project management and agile coaching. Prior to Sogeti, Olivia worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Incopia and held multiple roles at Academic Work, Espresso House Group, and EF Education First. Olivia holds a Kandidatexamen in Service Management from Lund University and completed secondary education at Sundsgymnasiet.
