Khalilah Outlaw

Khalilah Outlaw has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Khalilah began their career as an Academic Advisor at Siena Heights University in 2003 and progressively advanced to the role of Assistant Director, Center Director, and finally, Sr. Director of Advising and Operations GPS. In these positions, they supervised and mentored staff, managed budgets, and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure quality student and faculty support services. Khalilah also served as the Associate Dean of Advising and Operations GPS, where they maintained duties of the Senior Director and played a crucial role in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on various projects. In 2023, they joined INROADS as the Director of Operations, responsible for project management, monitoring and reporting on program performance, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to their tenure at Siena Heights University, Khalilah worked as a Placement Coordinator at Ross Innovative Employment Solutions Corp., where they provided career counseling and assistance to participants to enhance their job search efforts.

Khalilah Outlaw has a Master of Arts - MA degree in Adult Education: Instruction from Central Michigan University. Khalilah also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Davenport University.
