Product Support Engineer at InRule

Atif Dawood began their career as a Web Developer at Sandoz and HCL Hewlett Packard in 2004. In the same year, they took on the role of Facets Application Analyst at TriZetto Corporation, where they provided advanced problem solving, analysis and support for software application and/or data issues. In 2014, Atif joined Oracle as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they were the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. In 2019, Atif moved to Welltok, Inc. as a Product Support Engineer, where they were accountable for resolving technical client facing issues escalated from Customer Care and entered directly from internal technical teams and established help desk to help relationships. Atif is currently employed at InRule as a Product Support Engineer since 2022.

Atif Dawood attended The University of Toledo from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Technology.
