Dustin Oxford has a long history of experience in the field of information systems. Dustin began their career in 1994 as Director of Day Treatment Services at Triangle Association. In 1995, they joined the Oklahoma Department of Human Services as an Information Systems Applications Specialist III/IV, eventually earning promotions through progressively responsible application, process, and database programming roles. In 2007, they were promoted to Information System Manager at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, where they led state-wide projects and initiatives to launch groundbreaking applications and solutions. In 2013, they joined CUP - Columbia United Providers as a Senior EDI Technical Analyst, where they defined business and functional requirements, documented business, system, and process workflows, and developed specifications and designs. In 2016, they joined InRule Technology as a Senior Rules Consultant, where they evaluated the business needs of customers and translated those needs into rules-based approaches and prototypes that were consistent with the product strategy.
Dustin Oxford obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma between 1988 and 1993. In September 2018, they completed InRule Rule Authoring Training with InRule Technology. In April 2020, they were certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.
