The Sales and Customer Engagement team at Insane Impact is responsible for driving revenue through both direct sales and exceptional customer service. The team includes Account Executives who manage client relationships and sales strategies, a Director of Sales who oversees sales initiatives and targets, a Rental Manager who coordinates rental operations, and a Director of Customer Service who ensures a seamless client experience throughout the sales process and beyond. Together, they work to enhance client satisfaction and maximize business opportunities in the LED display market.
