Alastair Kinross

Alastair Kinross is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R roles. Currently serving as Head of A&R at Insanity Group since July 2019, Alastair has successfully elevated Tom Grennan to a major artist level. Prior to this, Alastair held senior positions at Sony Music Publishing and BMG, where notable achievements included signing talents like Kygo and delivering successful projects in K Pop. Alastair's career began at Universal Music Group and Decca Records, where foundational skills in artist development and administrative efficiency were honed. Alastair holds a BMus Hons degree with distinction in Audio Engineering from the University of Surrey and completed A Levels at Latymer Upper School.
