Bhajan Kaur is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Partner at INSCALE Group, where they lead global operations and align strategic agendas across international teams in Malaysia, Macedonia, Ukraine, and Portugal. With over 26 years of experience in the technology services industry, Bhajan has held various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Silicon Communication Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Operating Officer at INSCALE Global. They are passionate about inclusive leadership and inspire their team to engage in decision-making processes, drive growth, and deliver outstanding client service. Bhajan holds a Master's in Information Technology and is certified in PMP and PRINCE2. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology at the University of Southern Queensland and a Master's in Information Technology at Charles Sturt University.
