One unique subscription model with 2 services! We work with software product development scale-up's and SMB's.

We help when the 'do it yourself' approach gets tough, and the competition gets tougher to find that diamond tech talent you need and when general recruitment agencies overpromise and don't deliver a match or are simply too expensively and run no risks.

TaaS - Talent as a Service :
We are headhunters for tech people only! Our clients benefit from- and get access to the same kind of resources and expertise as professional Executive Search. That's usually the craftsmanship you get when looking for c-suite, but here we do the same thing solely focused on tech hiring's.

We engage and build relationships with passive talents already in a job that match your needs for hard and soft skills, culture and DNA. We find them locally or if you want remote in a unique low cost/low risk subscription model incl. 100% shared risk and quality assurance.

Managed Service - Operational Development Centre :
Let INSCALE take the employment risk! Through managed service we build and operate satellite tech hubs for our clients at one of our 4 near- and offshore Operational Development Centre's in Portugal, Malaysia, Ukraine and North Macedonia.
