Ikhwan Hayat

Ikhwan Hayat is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Technical Lead at INSCALE since February 2021, Ikhwan previously held the same title at Immetra Technologies Sdn Bhd from April 2015 to February 2021. Before that, Ikhwan worked as a Freelance Software Developer from May 2013 to March 2015, providing services across various domains, including billing and HR systems. Ikhwan's career began as a Sr. Analyst Programmer at Al Madinah International University, where several university applications were developed, followed by roles as a Sr. Software Developer at Learning Technologies Sdn Bhd, and IT Executive at AsiaXpress, along with experience as an Application Analyst at RHB Insurance Berhad. Ikhwan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
