Joydeep Chatterjee

Joydeep Chatterjee is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at INSCALE Global since May 2015, Joydeep focuses on delivering top-notch offshore and nearshore development solutions. Prior to this role, Joydeep was a Managing Consultant for ICT at Randstad Malaysia from October 2007 to April 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing division P&L, developing business strategies, and leading a team. Recognized for exceptional performance, Joydeep received the Best ICT Consultant award multiple times and consistently achieved top billing awards. Earlier experience includes positions as Recruitment & Operation Manager at AdroIT Software & Consulting Inc. and Marketing & HR Manager at MASS, Inc. Joydeep holds an MBA in HR from the University of Calcutta.
