Malini Rama is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead and Recruitment Manager at INSCALE since March 2015, Malini has played a significant role in building and managing IT development teams for various clients.
