Drew Thacker

Drew Thacker is currently a Senior Scientist at Inscripta, Inc., having started with the company through the acquisition of Sestina Bio, LLC, where Drew held the title of Scientist III. Prior to their time at Sestina Bio, LLC, Drew worked at Zymergen, Inc. as a Scientist II and Scientist I before the company was acquired by Ginkgo Bioworks. Drew also has a background in postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Francisco and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, as well as experience as a graduate student at Cornell University. Drew has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Biochemistry from Queen's University.
