Jillian Nel

Jillian Nel joined Inscription Capital in 2019 and serves as the Director of Financial Planning. She is a Certified Financial Planner professional (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). For over a decade, Jillian has provided comprehensive financial planning and risk management to individual clients, business owners & their families. She also supports small business owners and their employees with consulting and advisory services on corporate retirement plans and benefits packages. Jillian has a passion for education and the empowerment it delivers to both clients and the general public. She regularly speaks at financial planning seminars and employee education meetings. Since 2017, Jillian has been the Academic Director for the CFP ® Certification Education Program within the Glasscock School at Rice University. She has also served as an instructor of Retirement Planning & Employee Benefits for the program since 2013 and continues to teach on a regular basis. Jillian has a B.S. in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Jillian is actively involved in the Houston community. She is a member of the Corporate Guild for Dress for Success Houston. She is the Vice President of the board of directors for the Women’s Fund as well as a board member for HER Foundation that supports the Women's Fund.
