Annet Aris

Annet Aris currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ASML and holds positions in several committees, including the Technology, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees. In addition, Annet Aris has been the Academic Director of the INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre since 2003 and teaches a course on digital transformation at INSEAD. Annet Aris is a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Randstad, and also serves as Chairman of Stichting Preferente Aandelen B KPN. Annet Aris's experience includes membership on the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG with roles in the Audit and HR Committees, as well as previous positions at Rabobank, D66, Stichting Volkskrant, ASR Nederland, and Thomas Cook. Annet Aris holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc and MSc in Land Development from Wageningen University & Research.
