Anushka Jayasankar

Anushka Jayasankar is an MBA candidate at INSEAD since August 2024, following a robust career at KPMG from March 2020 to March 2024, where roles included Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Notably, Anushka co-founded and served as Director of Research at 1 Byte Elephant, facilitating discussions on youth issues through interactive content. Additional mentoring experience was gained at Freedom Employability Academy from October 2022 to October 2023. Anushka's earlier roles include an Environmental Consultancy Internship at Bee'ah, leadership positions in the Society of Women Engineers UAE and the Association of Women Engineers AUS, and a Management Consulting Internship at KPMG Lower Gulf. Anushka holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and completed high school at Delhi Private School, Sharjah.
