Katy Falcao

Katy Falcao serves as the Director of Digital Learning Solutions at INSEAD since September 2004, leading innovative online learning initiatives including VR and learning hubs. In a previous role at INSEAD, Katy focused on developing and deploying Global Transformational Learning and Development projects, successfully enhancing the INSEAD brand across Latin America and later in the Nordics, Switzerland, Portugal, and Spain. Prior experience includes positions in corporate partnerships at Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, as well as global sales management and corporate key accounts management at Swiss International Air Lines. Katy began a career in training at Air France in 1996. Academically, Katy holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, has completed various courses in organizational behavior, leadership, and communication, and continues to pursue professional development in communication skills.
