Lauren Carmier

Lauren Carmier has extensive experience in executive education and business development, currently serving as Associate Director of Partner Development at INSEAD since December 2007. In this role, Lauren advises clients on tailored learning and development training solutions, utilizing skills in L&D options, competency mapping, and coaching methodologies. Previously, Lauren held the position of Associate Director of Business Development at INSEAD, collaborating with Human Resource executives to address executive development needs. Prior to INSEAD, Lauren worked as a freelance journalist for Private Label International and served as Vice President of Business Development at Briarpatch, managing sales strategies for key national accounts. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from INSEAD and a B.A. in German from Franklin & Marshall College, with additional qualifications in International Business.
