Laurence Debroux

Laurence Debroux is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently serving as a member of the Corporate Governance Council at INSEAD and a non-executive board member at Institut Mérieux, Laurence holds multiple leadership roles, including Supervisory Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Randstad and non-executive board member at EXOR N.V. and Novo Nordisk. Previous positions include Group CFO and Executive Board Member at The HEINEKEN Company and JCDecaux, as well as Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Financial Officer at sanofi-aventis, where responsibilities included strategy, business development, and alliance management. Laurence is an alumnus of HEC Paris, where a degree in finance and geopolitical studies was obtained.
