Margerieth Visser

Margerieth Visser serves as an INSEAD Lecturer for Growth and Transformation within Executive Education Programs, focusing on facilitating positive change among senior leaders through industry practice and real-life scenarios. As an Executive Coach for the Impact Entrepreneurship Programme, Margerieth develops leaders capable of addressing societal challenges sustainably. Additionally, Margerieth holds the position of President of the Global Alumni Club Mastering Change with the INSEAD Alumni Association and advocates for increased diversity in leadership roles as a SER Topvrouwen ambassador. With a background in sales consultancy and commercial excellence, Margerieth has held various leadership roles in organizations such as BrainCompass, SalesStep, and RedFoxBlue.
