Pamela Heo

Pamela Heo possesses extensive experience in recruitment and business development, currently serving as Assistant Director for Open Enrolment Programmes at INSEAD since June 2014. In this role, Pamela ensures effective logistical and administrative coordination for various programmes, attending to participant needs related to accommodation and local activities. Prior to INSEAD, Pamela worked at Sentosa Leisure Group from May 2009 to June 2014 as a Branding & Communications Executive, managing corporate projects and administrative tasks. Earlier experience includes roles at Pan Pacific Hotels Group as a Business Concierge, focusing on training staff and enhancing guest satisfaction, and a trainee position at Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel, where language skills were utilized in guest relations. Pamela graduated from Temasek Polytechnic and attended Kent Ridge Secondary School.
