Raphael Degrave

Raphael Degrave currently serves as the Director of Data and Enterprise Architecture and Head of Digital Programme and Architecture at INSEAD, leading a significant €14M digital transformation initiative. With a strong focus on aligning new applications and platforms with architectural strategies, Raphael has been instrumental in the digital transformation of the institute, overseeing various teams and maintaining a portfolio of over 50 applications. Raphael's career at INSEAD spans multiple roles, including Manager for CRM & Applications Integration, System Analyst, and Web Developer, prior to which experience includes positions as a PHP Programmer Consultant at CCM Benchmark and a PHP Engineer at Groupe GENIOUS. Raphael holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, along with bachelor's and diploma degrees in Activities and Communications Technology and New Technologies, respectively.
