Rhoda Yap

Rhoda Yap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career development, management, and consulting. Currently serving as the Global Director of the Career Development Centre at INSEAD since September 2021, Rhoda leads teams across France, Singapore, and the UAE, focusing on empowering leaders in their careers. Prior to INSEAD, Rhoda was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Career Development Director at Asia School of Business, where key projects included campus activation and post-merger integration. Rhoda's career also includes roles as CEO of BritishIndia, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Director at Meta Management Services Sdn Bhd. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cornell University, ongoing PhD studies at Singapore Management University, and legal education from King's College London and City, University of London.
