With over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry, Willson has visited over 100 manufacturing sites globally to enhance production visibility and optimize operations. They also serve as Chairman of the Singapore Manufacturing Consortium, promoting Industry 4.0 initiatives, and as a Fellow at Unreasonable, supporting entrepreneurs tackling social and environmental challenges. Willson holds a Master of Science in Technology & Operations Research from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
