Fabrice Bloch

Fabrice Bloch is an experienced professional currently serving as Chef de la division Accompagnement et Conseil and Agilitateur Public at Insee since September 2013. In this role, responsibilities include leading various projects, such as the statistical program SIRENE and the overhaul of INSEE's 60 intranet platforms. Prior to this, Fabrice held a position as Adjoint au chef du bureau de l'Informatique et des SI at the Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi, de la Formation Professionnelle et du Dialogue Social from September 2011 to August 2013. With a rich background at Insee dating back to 2004, initial roles included Chef de projet Informatique and leading the Java group. Fabrice holds a Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, and statistics from the Ecole nationale de la Statistique et de l'Analyse de l'Information as well as a DEA in artificial intelligence from Le Mans Université. Additionally, Fabrice is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Business Agility Foundations.
