Reece Sharratt

Reece Sharratt is currently working as a Citrix Engineer at Insentra since August 2022. Prior to this role, Reece gained experience in various IT positions, including as a 2nd Line Engineer at CTS and an IT Support Specialist at Netteam tX Ltd. Reece's professional journey started as a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Technician at dnata, where responsibilities included providing support to internal and external users and managing servers and services. Reece also worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Adept4 plc, providing 1st line remote desktop support to external customers. Reece holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Games Development from the University of Central Lancashire.
