Carla Cirillo is a seasoned scientist holding a tenured position at the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm). Carla completed a Master’s degree in Pharmacy in 2004, followed by a PhD in organ physiology in 2007, and a specialization in pharmacology in 2011. With extensive experience in leading research projects, Carla has authored 42 scientific publications and received multiple grants, including one as Principal Investigator. Carla is an effective communicator in English, French, and Italian, and has demonstrated strong collaborative skills in diverse international environments. Currently, Carla continues to contribute to the field through various research initiatives and ongoing engagements as a Principal Investigator.
