Laurent Renia is currently the Director of the Respiratory and Infectious Diseases Program at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, where they also hold the position of Professor of Infectious Diseases and President's Chair in Infectious Diseases. Laurent has extensive leadership experience, having served as Executive Director at A*STAR Infectious Diseases Labs and the Singapore Immunology Network from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, they have been a Research Director at INSERM since 1993. Laurent earned a PhD in Public Health from Universite Pierre et Marie Curie and completed post-doctoral research at New York University.
