Carli Wargo

Carli Wargo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health and social services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Inservice Foundation since August 2023, Carli also operates a private practice as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist. In addition, Carli has been an active member of the Junior Board for Shatterproof since May 2020. Prior roles include Director of Harm Reduction and Outpatient Services at Project Renewal, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing clinical program design and managing a variety of operational tasks. Carli’s background includes program development for supportive housing, case management, and therapeutic services across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, a Master of Social Work, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Approaches to the Addictions from New York University.
