Tshembani Maluleke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing information technology systems and security within various organizations. Currently serving as the IT Manager at INSETA since April 2019, Tshembani previously held similar managerial roles at Greater Tzaneen Municipality and the Office of the Premier Limpopo. With a solid foundation in database administration and network security, Tshembani has developed and implemented critical information security policies and database architectures, contributing to optimal system performance and reliability. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Limpopo.

The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority’s (INSETA) primary purpose is grow the pool and quality of critical and scarce skills within the insurance sector. These skills enhance the sector while supporting the transformation of the country. We have centered our strategies and goals to implement the mandates of the National Skills Development Plan 2030 (NSDP), Skills development Act (SDA), the skills development levies act (SDLA), the PFMA, the INSETA constitution, the Department of Higher Education (DHET) and other legislation that relates to the governance of Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs).
