Chung Wong, CPA

Chung Wong, CPA has over 24 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Chung began their career in 1997 as a Senior Analyst at BMC Software. In 2007, they moved to The Planet Internet Services, Inc. as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis where they established the company's FP&A team and functions. In 2011, they became the Director of Finance at Alert Logic and was responsible for leading the company's planning and analysis activities. In 2013, Chung took on the role of CFO at Infrastructure Networks Inc., where they established and managed the finance, HR, payroll, legal, safety, office, and warehouse operations. In 2016, they were appointed VP Finance at Thycotic, where they oversaw planning and analysis activities in a high-growth environment. In 2018, Chung became CFO at CloudNine and led financial strategies and operations after the company's acquisition of the LexisNexis eDiscovery product suite. In 2020, Chung accepted the role of CFO at PCS Software Inc. and most recently, they are the CFO at ComboCurve, Inc.

Chung Wong, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1996. Following this, they attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and obtained a Master degree in Accounting in 1997.
