Dustin Lee has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and healthcare industries. In 2018, they were a Lead Full Stack Engineer at ComboCurve, Inc., where they built an enterprise-level Oil and Gas analytics web application from the ground up. Dustin utilized a fully scaleable serverless microservice architecture using the Google Cloud Platform, with a strong focus on machine learning analysis to quickly process user-inputted data. Dustin'sUI was based on Material Design. From 2017-2018, they were a Full Stack Developer at Aesbus Company, where they developed an Error Tool application to optimize workflow for agents at many call centers, increasing productivity by over 500%. Dustin also developed a knowledge base that allowed agents to easily access instructions for guiding the company's customers in fixing their device issues. In 2017, they were a Varsity Tutors SAT Tutor, where they focused on topics presented on the SAT, actively engaging students and propelling their skills to the next level. From 2015-2012, they held various technical support roles at Elmhurst Medical Clinic and Westbury Friends School. In 2014, they were a Research Assistant at Cornell University's BEE Program. Lastly, from 2008-2009, they were a Research Assistant at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where they surveyed patients in English and Cantonese, analyzed and organized data on patients using Excel forms, and assisted in publishing the patient care website with emphasis towards the Asian community. Dustin also interned for Asian Outreach, with the goal of increasing awareness of subpar treatment for Asian patients within the hospital.
Dustin Lee attended Cornell University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering. In 2015, they pursued a full-stack web development program at Viking Education. In 2016, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Oregon State University. In January 2015, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Java Programming - Part 1.
