Joe Skousen

Joe Skousen is the President and Founder of Inside Real Estate. Joe has over 14 years of experience in the industry, and has held various positions such as Chief Executive Officer, CEO, and Director. Joe is responsible for the development of groundbreaking marketing tools for real estate, as well as for social and search leveraged tools. Joe has also built tools that are designed with the agent and the end client in mind. In their previous position as Regional Manager for Northstar Alarm Services, they were responsible for sales production management, sales recruiting and staffing, and overseeing account origination in the region. Joe also served as the Manager of Business Development for Distriba LLC, where they were responsible for nurturing and developing business partnerships, marketing product development, and overall sales strategy. Joe also served as the Founder and CEO of Direct Channel Media LLC, where they were responsible for media delivery methods, customer relationship forming, and product and price refinement.

Joe Skousen attended Brigham Young University from 2003-2006, Marriott School of Management and majored in Management and Business Finance. Joe was involved in the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO), MUSA, Business Strategy Club, and Investment Banking Club. Joe was also a recipient of the National Awards (CEO) for campus-wide events and involvement in leadership scholarship. Prior to that, they attended Ricks College from 1999-2000 where they majored in Computer Science and Physics. At Ricks College, they were involved in student tutoring and technical support for Showtime. Joe was also a part of the Men's Choir.
